Excitingly, Bin Boy has been nominated for the 2023 Fantastic Book Awards, run by the Lanashire School Library Service! The FBA encourage reading for pleasure amongst 9-11 year olds in Lancashire, and over 170 schools take part in promoting this extremely admirable aim. Pupils are encouraged to read the nominated titles in the autumn and winter terms, and then vote for their favourite at the end of March 2023. Five winners from the shortlist of 25 will be announced in the summer term. Fingers crossed for Bin Boy!
